Tuesday,  January 15th

Speaker Jim Wilt, Symetra

ABSTRACT:   Real Data Transformation Begins and Ends with Culture

From executive sponsorship to security perceptions to teams - building your roadmap and how to investigate the platforms in a mired of cloud data & BI elixirs requires a solid baseline understanding of your culture first & foremost.

We will review 30-years of disruption to identify patterns (and anti-patterns) of adoption that can guide our forward movement into our next journey to adopt that next best destination for our data needs. Let’s leverage our cultures to drive success!

We will wrap up with some thoughts around the handling of tools and their role the transformation of data systems amid cultural adoption.
